The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is usually held in February or March each year and Governing Council meetings are held twice per term.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 16 February 2026 at 7pm in the Library.

Nominations may be lodged any time prior to Stella Davis in the Front Office, or at the meeting. All nominations will be presented at the AGM.
